For organizations that have already spoken with Deirdre and confirmed a date. Pay 50% or more to hold it — the balance is invoiced before the session.

Deposits and engagement fees are refundable in full within 5 days of the payment date, provided the engagement has not yet been delivered. After 5 days all sales are final and no refunds are issued, in whole or in part, except as required by law. A date is not reserved until the deposit clears and a signed agreement is returned; the remaining balance is due before the session date. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 30 days' notice, subject to availability. As a one-time option, an engagement may be rescheduled to a date within 30 days of the original engagement date, subject to availability and the same notice requirement.
