How do I know I need coaching?You know you need to elevate your thinking around systems, processes and being solutions oriented You want to reach the next level in your career. You need to manage work relationships and be more strategic in your career. You have tension and conflict and need a space to download. You have a new leadership role and need guidance. You are a seasoned leader, but the workforce has changed, and you need to adapt.

What is facilitation?When an organization has tension and/or conflict, I step in as a facilitator. Organizations believe the issues may be low accountability, poor leadership, not enough diverse candidates, unfair rewards processes, and/or poor communication but those are all symptoms. Facilitation is a collaborative process where the facilitator listens, reflects, connects, and inquires. The outcomes of this human-centered process are to uncover the root causes of the issues by bringing people together in a way that is solutions-based. The organization that certified us positions this service as Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Facilitation. Alma, LLC has adopted its focus if Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Anti-Racism and Belonging with the capacity to utilize this framework to reduce conflict and move from chaos to order and understanding.

How do we hire you as a keynote speaker? or someone from your team?Let's have a discussion. Based on areas of expertise, your needs, and the logistics of your function, we can see if Deirdre is the right person for your event or another team member. Deirdre keynote's conferences and facilitates interactive and motivational talks that are informative and engaging. Extended team is an option when Deirdre is unavailable or you require an ordained Reverend or Chaplain.

What has your organization done in the area of DEI?We have facilitated seminars to help groups understand the basis of their issues, to educate and to provide action oriented solutions. The facilitation certification is specifically DEIB/IDEA & B and there have been over 20 years of doing the work including: Developing a framework for internship programs that provide more diversity, positively impact succession planning, and increase inclusion and belonging through programming. Consulting organizations on sourcing, recruiting, hiring, organizational development and the accompanying processes and frameworks Keynote seminars with a theme of IDEA & B from a systems-thinking perspective More recently, because we are always learning too, we have attended the Ground Water Institutes immersive training. (Groundwater Institute "We work with the leaders from major institutions across the country in the corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors, who intend to bring the full weight of their organizations and influence to bear in the struggle for racial equity. How much is the investment for our organization (and commitment to #DoBetter)?Coaching is a standard price per hour. Once you fill out the form, the website will take you to the pricing where you will be able to purchase a coaching package that fits your needs. We work with you on scheduling your sessions. Leading seminars and keynoting conferences are contingent upon the size of the audience, length of time, travel and topic. Facilitation requires an intake conversation. This is an organizational tool that will shift the way you do business, align your people and address issues in a courageous transparent manner.
