1. Definitions
"Purchase date" means the date and time you submit your payment card information through Stripe's secure checkout and the charge is authorized, thereby entering into this agreement. For installment plans, the purchase date is the date the card is first entered and the initial charge is authorized. The purchase date is reflected on your Stripe receipt.
"Package window" means the period within which all sessions in a purchased package must be used: 30 days for the Starter Session, 3 months for the 5-Session Package, and 6 months for the 10-Session Package. The cohort schedule governs Group Coaching.
Payment security. Consulting Alma, LLC does not store, access, or retain your credit card or payment card information at any time. All payment data is collected, tokenized, and stored directly by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We only receive a confirmation that a charge has succeeded or failed.
2. 24-Hour Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of the purchase date, provided no session has yet been attended. After 24 hours, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, in whole or in part, except as required by law.
3. Rescheduling, Late Cancellation & No-Show
- Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled session start time, at no charge, via your Calendly confirmation email.
- Late cancellation (less than 48 hours' notice) is treated the same as a no-show under the policy below.
- First no-show — courtesy reschedule. As a one-time courtesy, your first no-show or late cancellation per package may be rescheduled at no charge, subject to availability.
- Subsequent no-shows are forfeited. Any no-show or late cancellation after the first will result in the session being forfeited. The session counts as used against your package and is non-refundable.
4. Session Expiration
Unused sessions expire at the end of the package window. Expired sessions are non-refundable and cannot be extended except at Consulting Alma's sole discretion in cases of documented medical or family emergency.
5. 10-Session Installment Plan
The 10-Session Package may be paid in three (3) installments of $1,700, with all three payments due within six (6) weeks of the first charge. Stripe will automatically attempt to charge the saved payment method on the agreed schedule.
If an installment fails and is not cured within seven (7) days, remaining sessions will be suspended until the balance is brought current. Sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
6. Promotional Codes
Promotional discount codes (when offered) apply only to the products and payment options specified at the time of the promotion. Promotional codes are not valid on installment plans unless explicitly stated. If a refund is issued under Section 2 for a purchase made with a promotional code, the refund will equal the actual amount paid after the discount — not the list price.
7. Group Coaching Cohorts
Group Coaching is purchased per cohort. Individual participant withdrawals do not trigger refunds once the cohort has begun, as the cohort fee covers facilitation of the full series regardless of attendance.
8. Non-Transferable
Sessions and packages are personal to the original purchaser and may not be sold, resold, gifted, or transferred to another individual without prior written consent from Consulting Alma, LLC.
9. Force Majeure & Coach Unavailability
If Consulting Alma is unable to deliver a scheduled session due to illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, the session will be rescheduled at no cost. The package window will be extended by the period of unavailability.
10. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us at dsimmons@almallc.org before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We respond to all billing inquiries within 2–3 business days. Chargebacks initiated without a prior good-faith attempt to resolve the issue directly may be contested with supporting documentation.
